Employer without work ethic - Anonymous employee TvH Group Employee Review

The employer has zero work ethic and just wants to berate and anally micromanage all day long. This is a small company with very few employees. Accountability should be taken by every member of the company to ensure that work is done, however, the employer is too busy being “so stressed” and needing to run personal errands, that there is no real work done on the management side. All accountability is pushed on to the staff and it will literally drive you crazy the number of time you are interrupted during a simple task, in order for the employer to check on five other tasks that you have already completed, and presented to the employer. Good luck having any efficiency in that type of environment. No benefits, no paid overtime, low wages.
