Good job, high expectations for family restaurant - Bartender Tutta Bella Employee Review

Amazing experience at Tutta Bella. The company owner and all the higher-ups really care about their employees, customers, and the vision for the company! Flexible work hours, and good base pay and benefits. The tips are pooled with everyone but I didn’t mind that. You can also get healthcare and PTO, which many restaurants do not offer. The tip pool helped with working slow shifts, you know you still made comparable money to a busy night shift, and everyone worked well as a team supporting each other rather than fighting for tips. Great company overall and would absolutely work there again if I had the option/need to!!
