      Pros

      Good kids and families, tax status allows you to write off internet, phone, mileage (but you can get this with other tutoring companies, to be honest)

      Cons

      Takes forever to get paid, tutors are expected to be available at the drop of a hat.

      Pros

      I love working at TutorVille because the atmosphere is always positive. The office is not the normal cubicle and boring idea that you typically think of. Everything is bright and fun and makes the day a whole lot easier. The staff is great and the compensation is impressive

      I don't think I can really list any cons about the company.
