Clients are all really friendly and understanding. You can pick your own time to tutor, Great for when you are in Uni or have a bit of extra time. Really good if you can find someone who lives nearby to tutor. Management is generally supportive.

Tutor pay is quite low when you dont get paid for travel time/ fuel cost/ resourcing/ planning time/ printing.

A good amount of clients Managers are pretty nice

Constant text spamming of new clients Hours of unpaid labour per student Parents pay $70-$80 per hour, you get $25-$40 of that and do pretty much everything. 2 hour reach-out time to new clients, regardless of time or day (weekends, late nights, work at other jobs, university etc.)
