* Execute Direct Customers like Auchan (France), Provera/Cora (France), Springfield (Spain), WE (Netherlands) where I myself deal the following quantities and Turnovers:: Auchan: 10'00'000 pcs/Yr, Provera: 4'50'000 pcs/Yr Spring Field: 4'00'000 pcs/Yr, WE: 14'00'000 pcs/Yr total US$20 million per year and try to keep T.O curve upwards. * lead a team of 6 merchandisers for the followings customers accounts. * Arrange Annual Evaluations Reports of all merchandisers to managements. * Independently negotiate quantity Vs price and delivery with all of my accounts customers. * Correspondence with buyer for my team requirements as well as buyer's requirements day to day basis. * Fabric selections and wash applications based on buyers original standard. * Involved to improve RND efficiency with current trends of washings and appropriate fabric selections. * Sample Developments (to avoid risk factor analysis and bulk production friendly) * Wash developments and process applications and costing. * Consumption & Costing (based on SMV). * Distribute the orders to teams specifically. * Risk factor analysis and input on FastReact as well as to advice specific dept to avoid risk on ready products. * Accessories requirements & developments out of buyers nominated suppliers to improve profit. * Inventory approval from specific departments and ensure 15 days prior to in house of sewing items. * Production Plan following FastReact spaces (allocation)/stripe and to arrange the same product in the same line to improve production efficiency. * Production Folder checking to avoid production mistake. * 1st input sample collect (random basis) and approve with comments for bulk production. * Submit yearly turnover and put effort to improve in each year. * Lead a meeting each 15 days to improve the production planning and ensure to start production. * Lead a meeting each 30 days to focus on order status for next 6 months to keep stable line feeding.
