      No expectation to put in more than 40 hours. Free products. Nobody breathing down your neck. Some pretty cool co-workers. A brand everyone knows.

      Cons

      The family runs it like a family business. Some very unhappy co-workers. Aribitrary policies set by HR lady. Good people are frequently let go.
