Pros

1. Some employees that are still left are incredible. Most have left or are in the process of leaving. 2. Work life balance for some teams are good.

Cons

Turo removed several benefits in 2025 and had several negative outcomes: 1. No more monthly $100 Turo travel credits 2. No more monthly $50 Fringe gift cards 3. No more work from anywhere program 4. Mandatory office days 3 days a week of MWF 5. No more Turo vehicle reimbursement program 6. Removal of $5000 employee referral program 7. No more TWICE a year company retreat 8. No more free catered weekly lunches 9. L&D stipend cut in half 10. Low pay compared to competitors and similar sized companies 11. Getting a promotion is very political Not to mention that the CEO announced mandatory 3 days in office rule and then went on a 5 week vacation right after announcing it. He also claimed employees were slacking off on Mondays and Fridays. The CPO (Lorie) has been silent and not acknowledged the poor communication and poor decision making efforts.
