Pros

Great mentorship and support from other engineers when stuck. If you want to become a better iOS engineer, this place could be good

Cons

- Big part of work was converting objective c files to swift and after a while, it gets extremely boring. All the cool projects are worked on by staff engineers while mid level are left migrating legacy codebase - I tried being friends with other fellow engineers on team but they lacked social skills and it just wasn't a vibe - The manager wasn't supportive: I wanted to change my career from software to product but he refused to help me transition and he never appreciated the work I did

Pros

Unfortunately, not many since the company has shifted priorities, post layoffs. Good work/life balance but depends on your role

Cons

Lack of employee development due to lack of bandwidth for leaders, new shift in performance management allows leaders to let employees go without development paths, there's a push to work harder and move faster creating a toxic work environment.
