Working in an unstable and changing environment like other startups.

Really awesome people, I still miss some of my coworkers from this company.

Layoffs every three months (not exaggerating), unprofitable, has little to no way to fundraise money for the future, directionless, original CEO should have been let go years before he actually did. Employees were literally doing nothing my last few months at the company, hoping to get laid off and collect a severance check.
