Pros
Pay, benefits, time off etc is what you'd expect from a tech company. Working from home is good Good opportunities for training Technology is cool
Cons
Lack of process means everyone is stuck in the perpetual cycle of doing things improperly which leads to an incredibly frustrating work environment, and ultimately no work gets completed. This never improved, it might've gotten worse. The company has become far too top heavy, lots of VPs and Directors who make contradicting decisions in where the company should focus efforts There are "directors" that are very underqualified for their position and provide incorrect direction to teams. The culture that got me excited about joining doesn't seem to be widely adopted across the whole company. Teams are very siloed and do not ever seem to be open to communicate with each other, this can lead to a hostile working environment, including meetings.
