The Cons are the challenges of this type of business, you are going to have Campaigns not work out or contracts you apply for not come through. You are going to have staff squabbles - these things always need to be managed. There are many long term employees of this company and I think that speaks well for this team. There can always be improvements and I have seen them engage in this area over the years.
