You will be given a salary range on first phone interview, will be given the lowest of the range when hired and told you were being given a good deal when asking about the raise that was hinted at after your probationary period. Workload was a joke, the "slow season" lasted throughout my entire employment. Careless upper management. Company was a joke to work for.
