Overall I enjoy coming to work here. Good people and culture. The company continues to grow every year. Leadership is focused on continual planning and improvement. The offices are very modern, bright, and fun. Employee benefits were very intangible and non-existent a long time ago, but I've seen them grow with the company over the years, and now we have health insurance, retirement savings plans, and other perks. I believe the owners genuinely care about the employees and the customers, and will always take the time to listen if you think something is unfair.

It's definitely not a culture for everyone. People who get stressed by change or constant improvement never last long. There's a lot of autonomy given, but on the same token, there are high expectations to create results. Our customers are also business owners which means that they might contact you any time of day. If you don't know how to manage that effectively or if that stresses you out, this is probably not the right place for you.
