Pros
I loved the group I was working with, co-workers were very helpful and supportive, but I don't think this is true of all departments. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Senior management seems overly concerned with day to day operations, so you feel micro-managed. Also, if someone decides they don't like you there is no redeeming yourself, no matter how hard you try. Many of the workers outside of the US are rude and condescending, which has also been a complaint of customers. Management is also not open to new ideas and god forbid you do try something "outside of the box" you will be chastised.
