Pros
I've worked in a number of newsrooms, with all different types of people and personalities, and I can confidently say, hands down, this is the best job I've ever had and the best company to work for.
Christmas bonus, fellow employees feel like they're also my good friends, good maternity leave, it doesn't ever feel like work. I look forward to seeing my colleagues and look forward to doing the work. Tons of room for creativity and new ideas, routine company reviews, good amount of vacation/sick time, wonderful work/life balance.
