Need more wage increases yearly

The frontline staff had real heart and compassion. Some colleagues clearly cared about the people they supported. The organisation presents strong values on paper. The job itself was not terrible overall.

No actual training. Concerns were not always taken seriously. The complaint process felt one sided and final. There was no appeal available in your situation. HR came across as dismissive and patronising. Frontline staff protection felt weak. The company did not always live up to its stated ethos.
