Pros
TTI has support contracts with a wide range of organizations, so if a talented tech has to be removed from a contract, they may be placed with another. The company does its best to balance a "family" vibe with a functionally managed organization. Management tend to be understanding of personal issues and will work with their employees where needed. HR and overall communication with employees is handled well.
Cons
Management can sometimes be asked to take on multiple roles, meaning that their attention can sometimes be hard to acquire. Regular performance reviews and raises can be few and far between, depending on the manager and contract assignment.
