Pros
Challenging, exciting, cutting edge projects. Largest and best (in my humble opinion) general contractor in the northwest. Always innovative and looking for the next best way to complete the job.
Cons
Middle management suck ups! If your not "in" the click, you'll be overlooked. Serous lack of experience with support (engineers) staff. High turnover with jr. engineers. Senior engineers will throw you "under the bus" to advance their careers.
