Pros
They have a lot of work always going on. They are willing to give you more if you are eager to learn. They conduct annual reviews. Many peers within to go to when needing advice and or direction. Training is available when asked.
Cons
Long hours. The immediate manager conducts reviews, so when not paired with someone well, this shows on review documentation. (Personality Conflicts) Hard to be promoted at times because of this. Management was closer to their field employees, more involved than they are now. Large disconnect. To much HR and not enough resolution between employees.
