No support by any upper manager, they will hire seasonal employees (family members, basically the kids of the managers that work in the offices and get better treatment) if you know any upper manager or know the owner you have a secure job and your kids, you will get pay well by doing nothing. They are the only ones that can make mistakes, basically don’t work at all and get good treatment. It is a mafia so please don’t work for this company, they will make you feel like you are nobody, mistreat you, yell and there is not respect for the good and responsable employees.
All the good reviews are basically from internship and the upper manager that are the only ones allow to do whatever they want/feel in the company without any type of consequences.
