Not enough to do sometimes on the job

Invaluable experience into understanding how the music industry works. Work and meet with a lot of bands that are mostly trying to make it into the industry. Have to have initiative and have a passion for live music ,otherwise you'll burn out fast.

Work includes weekdays and weekends as you spend time working door for concerts. If you don't mind losing a bit of your social life then this isn't much of a con.
