Pros

We truly are a tight-knit group doing some amazing things with technology to help our clients grow their business. We operate in a very open manner with lots of dialogue and sharing across the team. We offer great benefits (especially for a small business), subsidized parking, weekly get togethers for drinks/snacks ("Fun Friday), as well as team lunches/dinners throughout the year. I also appreciate the constant feedback from superiors and colleagues that lets me know when I've done something right and when there are things I could improve.

Cons

We are a fast-moving company in an industry that is constantly evolving. You definitely need to be open to learning new skills.

Pros

* Nice support people and admins * you will learn much

Cons

* bottlenecking. You will see it when you join and who is the culprit * you will be blamed for things going wrong unless you document that you have 1. Followed protocols 2. Been diligent and 3. Worked with exuberance and in an exemplary way and 4. Have given great customer support * there is a particular individual who is too heavily involved in several departments, all projects (really he is doing 3 jobs and it’s sad he’s being worked this hard). His health and barriers between friend hangout and workplace have eroded because this job has become his life. * lack of training to lower tech support. There are no plans and no infrastructure intended for helping and educating untrained techs who transitioned from interns. Aside from of course the help other techs and managers must give when lack of training becomes real * the pay is below for the tier city Seattle is * the same individual mentioned above is in charge of people resources, so stay on his good or neutral side. He will fabricate negative performance on your part at the drop of a hat
