Let you pick your schedule, my manager was alright, possible to hit weekly bonus if you hit the metrics

It was a call center job, customers calling in ranged from really cool to horrible people.

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
