Pros

The employees are a good group on people. company has large events which can be fun. They are willing to train anyone with an interest.

Cons

The scheduling is not "flexible" as they claim. promotions, raises and additional opportunists are not based on skill or performance but by how much the manager likes you. little to no consideration for events, appointments or classes. no yearly raises. instead they have a tier system that requires you to beat an unbeatable list of requirements. they have only given the raise to 3 people there and all 3 "just so happened" to be friendly with upper management. the worst of all however is that turn5 doesnt treat its CS department the same as it does its other departments. the perfect example comes from the last winter we went through. there would be a message left on the hotline that CS would be required to work adn call outs would not be accepted however all other departments were off that day due to severe weather. if its to dangerous for everyone else to be at work its the same for me.

Pros

I can’t think of any

Cons

Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
