      Management is horrible to say the least, they have no idea how to run video production and do it with fear. You will not improve your skills and salaries are horrific. You also will be treated like a child and managment whispers to each other during meetings”very professional” Ps: many many former employees have had issues with management, and they keep ignoring it! Stay away!!

      Back to back, bonus too high to achieve, can’t change shifts, don’t employ enough people to handle how many callers. Pay is way too low to live off
