Environment - Casual attire in call center, All the free coffee u can drink, Fabulous co-workers, Nice clean work environment, they do "try" and build morale. Very good benefits
Cons
Micromanagement at its finest. If you like being required to write information down that is readily available in the computer system, and having it checked hourly like your homework, you love this place. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Company like to change long standing policies towards customers without telling the customer. You will be frequently asked to stay over (OT) or be asked to "voluntarily" go early (and not get paid)
