Pros
Great tenure across all teams, strong culture, fun environment with respect for work-life balance. Solid benefits (unlimited PTO and half-Fridays) generous comp packages, take good care of performers. Opportunity for growth!
Cons
Very few cons come to mind, they are moving away from remote work, all employees are expected to come into the office on a hybrid schedule, but the change has been good for culture and interpersonal engagement.
