Pros
Good engineers, wide variety of work, work closely with the principals. Fantastic office location.
Cons
Poor organization leads to a constant scramble, always severely behind (by months on some projects), high turnover rate and they drag their feet on hiring. Unrealistic expectations of how quickly things can get done, a lot of people pushing well past 50 hours a week. Difficult to get vacation approved because there's just too much work to do.
