Pros
If you are a fresh graduate, then this is a good company to start. You get a lot of exposures to principal, sub-contractors and dealing directly with Oil and Gas clients. Colleagues are very supportive, nice and cheerful.
Cons
Very lack of engineering and design skill. If you want to be a "real" engineer, then this will become a barrier for your career. Most of the time, company knows nothing about engineering, and just subbed the job to sub-cons and suppliers. You can climb to Senior Engineer, but eventually it is just Sales Engineer position with more responsibility.
