TurboSquid is truly one of the warmest communities I've ever been a part of. Everyone is extremely welcoming from day one and genuinely enjoys spending time with each other. It's also small but mature so it feels like a startup but you also enjoy a good work/life balance.

The benefits are somewhat lackluster compared to other tech companies elsewhere in the country but I think that has more to do with the South in general than TS in particular.

- Laid-back environment, fun atmosphere - If you're interested in 3D, it's a great place to learn and grow as an artist - Always working on innovative projects - Good benefits - PTO

- Not much room for advancement - Hourly wages are not consistent and not based on your previous experience; people with less experience than you can possibly be making more than you - Minimal structure provided from management - Don't go above and beyond, it won't be rewarded
