      Pros

      Freedom to be yourself and learn new things in a fun & funky environment. Most days it doesn't feel like going into work because I enjoy my days in the office. Flexibility to telecommute on days when needed. Awesome company events and staff that become friends and not just coworkers.

      Cons

      Lack of growth potential in some positions. Would like to see more 401k match.

      Pros

      Really loved the talent, people and passion at TurboSquid. The team was cohesive and on the cutting edge of 3D. Customer success and happiness was a key driver of the business.

      None that I can think of!

      Pros

      - Laid-back environment, fun atmosphere - If you're interested in 3D, it's a great place to learn and grow as an artist - Always working on innovative projects - Good benefits - PTO

      Cons

      - Not much room for advancement - Hourly wages are not consistent and not based on your previous experience; people with less experience than you can possibly be making more than you - Minimal structure provided from management - Don't go above and beyond, it won't be rewarded
