Pros

Work from home. Equipment provided.

Cons

Nothing but men in positions and kept hiring inexperienced men to tell us what to do, no women in high positions . They promise you so many things at interview but it’s a start up with little money. They expect you to sell so many policies and the commission is a joke. The lowest I ever experienced. Expect to get let go if you don’t meet the” Start ups” numbers which are ridiculous because the one that set the bar has no idea what insurance is. They make constant changes that makes it hard to sell. Not to mention the leads are trash. They want you to make something happen when it’s a cold call and you speak to maybe 5 people. Leads are people working to get a home and haven’t even been approved yet. Their expectations as a company for their producers is unrealistic.

Pros

Turbo Insurance has been a great place to work. The support from the team and leadership makes a big difference, especially when you’re trying to grow and build your book of business. What I like most is being able to actually help clients by shopping multiple carriers and finding the right fit instead of pushing one option. If you’re motivated and want to be in control of your income, it’s a solid opportunity.

Cons

Like most sales roles, there can be a learning curve at the beginning, especially when getting familiar with multiple carriers and underwriting guidelines.
