Pros
10 hour work day, 4 day work week. All the snacks you want, daily lunch at no cost. Good training. Possibility of earning trips. Compensation has potential to be over 100K if you are aggressive, if you're dishonest, or if you can get away with taking another person's sale, which is actually permissible. Excellent training.
Cons
Management does not dictate if you stay. If you don't perform, you're fired. You can be high as a kite, which is probably why there are so many snacks, take multiple breaks, but as long as you produce, you'll have a job. Inconsistent management techniques. You can have a written account of what you did the prior month, have nothing negative on it except not hitting your number, and be fired the following month. No exaggeration. And it won't come from management, but mgmt will be the one to let you go. Does not help to become friends with anyone on management because that relationship will have no bearing on your employment length of time.
