This job has been honestly the worst jobs I have every worked at. The responsibilities of my job were very easy and easy to manage if you don’t get stressed easily. However due to high employment turnover rate, our workload will change a lot. People would come and go, some would get fired, others left. Surprisingly, the CEO is terrible compared to the owner. The owner is amazing. Never take anything to HR no matter how bad the situation may be. They will fire you instead of sorting through the problem and handling it professionally. Leaving the job gave me increased PTSD from the workplace billing I experienced with other co workers. I never in my life thought I would go through what I’ve went through and how ostracized I felt working there. Everyone talks about everyone and it left like I was in high school. Please do not work at this location.
