You will find yourself doing work that has nothing to do with your position. The place is very very chaotic. Other departments just dump their work onto people as they please. Sr Management doesn’t listen to anyone and their way of thinking is extremely out of date. Just saying office and plant workers are not the same job function. PTO what is that! 2 weeks no sick time and you have to fill out an excel spreadsheet at the beginning of the year. Not everyone knows what they are going to do that early on the year. Also an excel spread sheet for vacation for everyone in the company how prehistoric is that. You can get quickly cursed out if you make a mistake or if you say this not my job. You go home stressed out because you notice it’s a dead end. Also the environment is extremely unhealthy I seen people work ridiculous amount of hours and that is how mistakes are made.
