Pros
All the advantage of a big american multinational: correct salary and interesting extra legal advantage. the ratio Life and work relation is more than correct even if it is not the best. The staff and management are very friendly and you quickly feel like you are part of the family. Typically either you leave the company very quickly or you remain there for a loooong while!
Cons
Poor location far from the train station and the motorway ( a lot of trafic as on the other side of the city of Aalst. point of view public transportation it is even worst vi 2 bus/hour stoping there.
