+ The People. Really, the people I worked with at TuneIn were amazing.
+ Great Product. I love the product. I use it everyday.
+ Opportunities to grow. I grew my professional career at TuneIn. I hired some great people and inherited great people who were already there.
+ The potential for TuneIn to grow into something huge is there.
+ The investors/board have the passion and patience to see this through to success.
+ Red carpet in. Red carpet out. Most companies struggle with this. Not here. My on-boarding and off-boarding were true to this.
+ Very inclusive. For a small company, TuneIn did this well.
Cons
- Tough Industry. The advertising industry is not for the faint of heart. It is a tough space to grow a business.
- TuneIn, even after 20+ years is still trying to grow out of being a start-up. So that means there are still times where the company struggles. Like any start-up there are highs and lows in headcount. That's part of the start-up life.
