Pros
This was an outstanding experience working with a company that genuinely invested in its people. The absolute best part was the team—a smart, collaborative, and kind group of individuals. This company knew how to run a fully remote operation, fostering genuine trust and cross-team success. Leadership gave us clear paths and the resources to take on interesting, challenging projects. The benefits were top-notch, including great health coverage and an unlimited PTO policy that leadership encouraged.
Cons
The only major downside was the lack of long-term stability. The founders and core software engineering team were eventually acquired by another company, which unfortunately led to the closure of Tumult Labs.
