Nothing pros you will get here. They will ask you for 3 months work review after that they will either extend your probation period with lots of reasons or if they will make you permanent also there won't be any increment.
Cons
1. The discrimination between old and new employee by HR and CEO. If was a new employee there and I got into an accident after4 months of joining the company. I was not able to walk but they want me to come office and show my leg. Then also I did that and I came back to my hometown taking 7 days of sick leave. During the period of sick leaves one day HR called my and she was forcing me to resign from company coz I will not able to work from office for some day. When I asked her why it's not possible she told that I'm a new employee, they would have think about it if I'm an old employee. They were forcing me to go in LOP or resign. When I was not ready to do any of it, they terminate me. 2. If you people need any proof from my side... I've all the proof with call recording too. I can give that to you.
