      Pros

      Great Place To Work. Great Benefit Package (it's what keeps me working here).

      Cons

      Not much diversity. Very hard to get hired on. Very much a "buddy-buddy" system in hiring and advancement. It seems as if you have to know someone. The benefits is what keeps everyone hushed. The breaks helps too!

      Pros

      Tulsa Tech is such a wonderful place to work at. You get some much time off that when you’re at work you really enjoy being there. The environment is focused on the students and helping them make their own path into the community and so they are ready for a career when they finish at Tulsa Tech. Your work feels very purposeful you get to see your impact by the end of the school year by how professional each student becomes.

      The hourly pay pretty good.

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Micromanagement & shifting goal-posts. Administration does not give a hoot about the students.
