      Great product, vision and has good company culture.

      Cons

      Go to market strategies are not that great. Completely a technology oriented company. Lacks abilities to retain good sales leadership

      Pros

      Great pay! Lots of opportunities. New projects constantly coming in. If you work hard, and go above expectations senior managements recognizes your efforts and assists you in expanding/promoting your positions within the company .

      Cons

      The Union fights to keep the employees who "won't" do their jobs and this make it harder on other employees who will do their job.

      Pros

      My job is good, can't speak for others....... I try and do my best, but i see others not really caring.... there is potential but it needs TLC. Need more direction..
