      There are some good people at Tulip.

      Cons

      Management is looking who to blame when something goes wrong instead of how to fix the problems. Terrible safety, benefits, pay, and environment to work in.

      Pros

      Great pay! Lots of opportunities. New projects constantly coming in. If you work hard, and go above expectations senior managements recognizes your efforts and assists you in expanding/promoting your positions within the company .

      Cons

      The Union fights to keep the employees who "won't" do their jobs and this make it harder on other employees who will do their job.

      Great product, vision and has good company culture.

      Cons

      Go to market strategies are not that great. Completely a technology oriented company. Lacks abilities to retain good sales leadership
