As I approach my 5th work anniversary with Tulfa, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my journey so far and to express my continued enthusiasm for the work we are doing together. Over the past years, I have had the opportunity to contribute to various projects and grow both professionally and personally. I am proud of the progress I’ve made and the support I’ve received from the team. Strategic Thinking: Tulfa has consistently aligned business operations with the overall strategy, driving growth and ensuring that operational decisions support long-term goals. Problem-Solving: They have implemented data-driven solutions that minimize risk and improve organizational agility. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: They have fostered excellent working relationships across departments, promoting seamless communication and ensuring smooth operational transitions during company-wide projects.

Pros

Good Projects, Remote Work Opportunity.

Cons

Loss of Team Morale: Constantly communicating through harsh or impersonal emails makes people feel undervalued and disconnected. It directly affects their motivation and loyalty. Breakdown of Trust: When leaders fail to communicate respectfully, it damages trust. Once trust is broken, even capable team members stop giving their best. Toxic Work Culture: A lack of empathy and appreciation creates fear, resentment, and a toxic environment where people stop collaborating and only “work to survive.” Increased Attrition: People don’t leave jobs, they leave poor leadership. Continuous disregard for respectful communication leads to higher turnover and loss of good talent. Poor Reputation as a Leader: Word spreads quickly in professional circles. Leaders who fail to treat their teams with dignity often lose credibility and respect both inside and outside the company. Decline in Productivity: Fear-based environments kill creativity and initiative. When employees feel unappreciated or mistreated, productivity and innovation take a direct hit.
