The staff are great to work with, three day weekends every other week, work directly with communities and patrons, great place to learn how to work in a semi-professional environment
Cons
Not a lot of upward mobility, disconnect between circulation and reference staff, county librarian is difficult to work with at times (most staff do not work with them often, though)
