Upper management will never have your back. When it's your job to Supervise employees, you'll find it doesn't matter who is in charge.. Only how long the person complaining has been working there. Seniority is the biggest factor in every decision made. You might say rewarding seniority is good, but the toxicity from the long time employees is absolutely unreal. Have never had the displeasure of working with a more dysfunctional workplace in my life and I worked in an emergency room!
