This is a good company to work for when you want contract work

There is no backup income if the contract is done or has made a significant difference.

Reasonable pay, most of your work and hours are coordinated with your boss rather than the company. I’m temporarily employed on a contract. Free vision insurance and pretty affordable health/dental insurance is available.

Expectations, work arrangements, etc are not really communicated to employees prior to their start date, you aren’t able to contact your employment location either.
