Pros

The only pro that I could see was that, because of the recklessness of the rythm of work, you could learn fast some new things.

Cons

Massive layoffs every month with the excuse of "renewal" of the company. Everythings is fast and hectic, you have no place for error or to check whether your work was okay or wrong. Zero work-life balance, most of the time you have to stay up late (working from home) and continue the work early in the morning the next day resulting in consistent work loads of maybe 10-14 hours. HR was very limited in personel, so they can't take the massive amount of complaints and requests that they might get. The culture consisted in some beers once every month and McDonalds burgers for the employees. And not being happy with all that, one time one of the C-level was "Very dissappointed" that the office was empty at 6pm probably on a wednesday when that same day, my whole team was working on a project maybe at 3am to deliver something that they ended up not using. When working with stakeholders of the company, they didn't knew what they wanted. The salaries where VERY unbalanced between co workers.

Pros

- Good salary - People is kind to you (except for manager/director and up roles)

Cons

- The founders and managers basically doesn't know what to do with the compañy and is usual that you experience strong changes in a short period of time that will be worthless in 2-3 months - Its usual with layoffs that you don't get previous notification, if they are going to fire you they will, no hesitation -Culture sucks: In TUL you are responsible for every bad decision that managers take and founders make sure to emphasizing it on every townhall (before the layoffs of this year one of the founders said 'If you don'f accept the new changes that are comming you will SUFFER' in front of everyone. Well at least he was right with this)
