Solid Company - Pay less than desirable - Program Coordinator Tufts University Employee Review

Pay is very mediocre given how much money Tufts University makes especially when compared to similar position salaries of other big schools such as MIT, Harvard, etc. After 2.5 years of working here and getting great feedback on performance reviews, I've only received $1.30 increase in my hourly wage. No annual bonuses either. A bit of micro management from supervisor as well. No room for upward mobility and very difficult to get promotions. Seems like majority of people stay in their same position for years.
