Pros
I work at a company that values me. They value who I am as a person both at work and outside of it.
My manager cares about my work-life balance and my happiness in the office. They treat me like an adult in every aspect of my career. We get profit sharing bonuses, great benefits, an ESOP, a 401K and more.
Some of us have the option to do a hybrid schedule, but I honestly like coming into the office because from the CEO down, I feel like I'm family here.
I have truly never worked at a place like this.
Also, I still love my standup desk.
Cons
I'll say the same thing I, and so many others, always say. I just wish I had come here sooner.
