Unhealthy work culture, non-competitive salary, bad/ugly office layout, no real perks to job, Executive Team is a mess, high corporate turnover, overall real bad place to work.
Tuff Shed Response
10y
Tuff Shed welcomes feedback from our employees; thanks for your review.
We are proud of our products and our employees - and always strive for quality. We ask that employees talk with their managers and/or the HR team if they are unhappy or have issues and we will work to resolve them.
We have a strong track record of developing employees, both at our National Support Center and at our Factories across the US. Tuff Shed is dedicated to professional growth at all levels.
- Easy product to sell
- Competition truly does not compete with quality
- Employee owned company (ESOP is earned every year, it’s free money)
- True sense of purpose. It’s a job where you don’t realize how much of an impact you’re making until you realize EVERYONE has a shed
- Pay is good, you can make more than you would think.
- Atmosphere is great, management is easily accessible and can help answer questions. Getting information isn’t a problem.
Cons
Stores are open 7 days a week, your schedule will fluctuate and weekends is a must. Great for your wallet, bad if you like having a standard Monday - Friday.
